The beautiful Town of Moffat was once a famous Spa Town, and it’s wonderful name translates from Gaelic as, The Long Plain. Moffat sits proud of place in South West Scotland, and is home to a population of 2,500 people. However, it has far from a small town feel to it due to the wealth of visitor numbers every day. The tourists and townsfolk mingle daily and have a healthy and happy relationship with one another. This fabulous combination gives Moffat a very unique feel indeed.
